A Century in Cinema
A CENTURY IN CINEMA is a film history podcast hosted by myself and Andrew Slaughter. Starting in 1920, we watch and discuss a classic film from every year, following the development of cinema as an art, as well as its relationship to world history.
The podcast started as a pastime during pandemic lockdowns in 2020. We enjoyed it and it was popular enough to carry us through 2022 when we reached our quota of 100 films.
Although the show is finished and there are no plans for additional episodes, A CENTURY IN CINEMA is still available on Apple Podcasts and most podcast apps, and bonus episodes are available on Patreon.
